Payment Options

We realize paying your electric bill can feel like a hassle. Listed below are the many different options members have for paying  their monthly bill.

Online Bill Pay

Use our  Online Customer Portal to have the most control over your account. 

  • View and Pay your bill by E-Check, Debit or Credit Card

  • View Billing, Payment and Usage History

  • Receive Alerts by text or email

  • Receive important email notifications from your co-op

Pay By Phone 24/7 

Use our interactive phone service to pay your bill by credit or debit card or electronic check 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • To pay by credit or debit card, you must have your REMC account number and credit or debit card information.

  • To pay by electronic check, we must first set up a profile that contains your checking information, you will also need your REMC account number. Just contact the office to set up your e-check profile.

    • Once your profile is set up, the only information you need to pay by electronic check is your REMC account number. The direct numbers for this service are 765-569-3133 or toll-free 800-537-3913.

Automatic Payment Options

Bank Draft or  Recurring Credit Card Payments

Download and return the completed automatic draft form or submit the automatic draft form online to allow Parke County REMC to automatically withdraw the amount of your electric bill from your designated bank account, or charge it to you designated credit card each month. With the automatic draft payment option, the billing department will manage your account. If there is an issue with your payment, Parke County REMC will contact you to resolve the issue. If you would like to manage the account yourself, please create an online account and sign up for auto pay. 

Night Deposit Box

You can drop off your payment any time after business hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm) in the night depository. This is located in the entrance to our office building,located at 119 West High Street on the South side of the Rockville town square.  This is a free, 24-hour service to the member.  However, payments made during business hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm) and placed in the night depository will be considered next day's business.  Same day transactions should be taken by a Customer Service Associate.
