Parke County REMC Members,
As Governor Holcomb has ordered Indiana residents to stay home in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to close our office as of 3/25/20, until further notice. Our primary focus is to protect our members and employees. It is imperative for Parke County REMC to maintain a healthy workforce to keep personnel available for emergency situations and power restoration. All personnel will be working from home, and the lineman will be ready to respond in the event of an outage.
We will discontinue all disconnects until further notice. Please keep in mind that while we are not doing disconnects at this time, your electric usage and amount due will continue to accrue as you use electricity; however, all late fees will be waived until restrictions are lifted by Governor Holcomb. Our most flexible payment arrangements will be offered to members experiencing a hardship as a result of COVID-19. We are still on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to report an outage or make a payment, please call 800-537-3913. We appreciate everyone’s understanding during this time.
NEWS AND ALERTS
To make your payment process more secure, we have changed how payments are made through the Customer Service Portal.

Thank you for understanding. If you have any questions please contact our office at 765-569-3133 or 800-537-3913.
