Save the date for our 2025 Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Event - September 11, 2025!

Join us for the 2025 Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Event on Thursday, September 11th, at the Parke County Fairgrounds, located at 1472 N US Highway 41 in Rockville, Indiana. Registration cards and event details will be mailed in mid-August. The director candidate biographies may be seen in the annual meeting notice or by clicking here. Please stay tuned for additional information!

2025 Schedule of Events:

• 4:00-6:45 pm - Registration in the 4-H Building 
  • Please note: Members must register by 6:45 pm to vote and be entered into the door prize drawings. Registration will close at that time, but members still in line between 6:45 and 7 pm will receive a meal. 
• 4:00-7:00 pm - Meal from the Beef House served in the 4-H Building
• 4:00-6:30 pm - Bingo in the Rabbit Barn
• 7:00 pm - Prize drawings in the 4-H Building
• 7:15 pm - Business meeting in the Commercial Building

As part of our commitment to the community, we will also be hosting a blood drive. The Bloodmobile will be on site for donations until 7:15 pm. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments can be scheduled by clicking here.
