Save the date for our 2025 Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Event - Thursday, September 11, 2025!

The 2024 Parke County REMC Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Event was held at the Parke County Fairgrounds on Thursday, September 12th. Over 800 members and their families attended. Each registered member received a $15 bill credit and was entered into an exciting drawing for door prizes.

The prize winners were:

Meals were catered by the Beef House, and the Riverton Parke High School Cheerleaders did an amazing job serving meals, offering drinks, and helping with cleanup. The evening was filled with a variety of activities, including inflatable stations, bucket truck rides, balloon art, bingo, and informational booths. There was something for everyone to enjoy! As part of our commitment to the community, we also held a blood drive.

The evening concluded with a business meeting led by Board President Mark Evans. Evans shared information about the new facility with a highlight video. Incumbents Shane Johnson from District 4 and Kevin Cox from District 5 ran unopposed and will serve another three-year term.
